Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Chaggu, formerly TieComs (the web app at app.chaggu.com and the iOS, Android, Windows and macOS apps), operated by CERTILABOR S.A.S., a Colombian company with tax ID (NIT) 900849607, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. By creating an account or using Chaggu you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use accurate information. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, your account is linked to that identity.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting access to your devices. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
- If you join Chaggu with a company email address, that company can manage your membership, require corporate sign-in and remove your access to its spaces.
2. Companies and verification
- You may only create a company on behalf of an organization you belong to and are authorized to represent.
- Claiming a domain requires proving you control it. Impersonating another company or person is prohibited and leads to immediate suspension.
- The verification badge means the organization controls the domain; it is not a certification of its standing or activities.
3. Content
You and your company keep all rights to what you post. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to the people who should see it, solely to provide the service. When you share something in a space with other companies, that space's participants can see it according to the configured permissions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Chaggu to:
- send spam, phishing or malware;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- harass, threaten or post illegal content;
- infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems, or overload the service;
- scrape data by automated means, except through authorized APIs and bots.
5. Bots and artificial intelligence
Chaggu lets bots and agents take part in conversations. Their answers may contain mistakes; decisions remain with people. Whoever adds a bot to a space is responsible for its behavior and for the data they give it access to.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Chaggu available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and may have interruptions. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable advance notice.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Chaggu and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other users at risk, and we will explain why unless the law or security prevents it.
8. Plans and payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and conditions will be shown before you subscribe and are governed by the conditions you accept at that time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chaggu is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that Colombian law does not allow to be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bogotá, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
