Contact support
Tell us what happened, your account email, whether you use iOS, Android or the web, and your app version. You can attach a screenshot after hiding private information. We will never ask for your password or sign-in codes.
Trouble signing in
Use the same method you used to create your account: email and password, Google or Microsoft. If your account belongs to a company, also contact its administrator. If you still cannot sign in, contact us from your account email.
Inappropriate content or behavior
To report a security issue, abuse or inappropriate content, email [email protected]. Include the details needed to identify the conversation and explain what happened, without forwarding unnecessary sensitive information.
